We ship all over Pakistan using trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopards, M&P, and Call Courier. Our products are light (around 100g each), but shipping rates vary based on your location—not just the weight.

We usually ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. If you’re in a remote area or your parcel is delayed, we’ll update you.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD across Pakistan, for all orders—big or small.
- No minimum order amount required
- COD available up to PKR 10,000
- COD Fee: 2.5% of your order total, or PKR 60 minimum (charged by the courier)
Examples:
Order of PKR 300 → COD fee = PKR 60
Order of PKR 3200 → COD fee = PKR 80

Buying in bulk? Wholesale or retail orders may need custom shipping rates based on total weight or location. Reach out and we’ll sort out the best option for you.
❗ Delivery Issues or Delays
Sometimes things go off track—road closures, courier delays, or bad weather. If your order seems stuck or lost, just contact us and we’ll follow up.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with what you get. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll try to make it right.
✅ Returns Accepted If:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged or leaked
- There’s a clear quality or packaging issue
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with proof (photo/video). We’ll verify the issue and either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Offer a refund, depending on the situation
🚫 Returns Not Accepted If:
- You simply changed your mind
- The item was opened or used
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery
- The issue was caused by mishandling after delivery

Note: Return shipping (if required) is usually paid by the customer unless it was our error.
